The Maeldune Heritage Centre has a permanent gallery space with monthly artists exhibiting including different medias such as pottery and ceramics.

The Burnham-on-Crouch Art Trail is a popular annual event, showcasing a wide range of local artists with work displayed in venues in and around the streets of Burnham-on-Crouch.

The ‘Tractor Shed’ is the permanent home for one of our many highly regarded local amateur groups who put on a wide range of plays and shows. Touring theatre companies visit the Maldon District regularly and during the summer, you may wish to watch outdoor performances in the amphitheatre in Promenade Park.
