Armed Forces Day: Back to WW2 including Evacuee Experience

Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome takes you back to WW2, when the Aerodrome had reverted to being a farm. On Armed Forces Day, we remember the Armed Forces in that conflict as well as the work on the Home Front, with visiting Living Historians and vehicles.

 

Young people can take part in the Evacuees Experience while The Airmen’s Mess café will be offering vintage cream teas (both require pre-booking). #ArmedForcesDay26
