Historic military vehicles from Essex HMVA seen here at Promenade Park

About

Join the Essex Historic Military Vehicle Association in Promenade Park, Maldon for a special Armed Forces Day Military Vehicle Show, and a chance to pay tribute to all those who have served and continue to do so.

Starting at 10 am, we intend to have representations from local army units as well as from cadets, from the Mayor and other civic leaders as well as living history exhibitors.

View a variety of classic military vehicles ranging from the Second World War to the modern era. This is a FREE event open to anyone visiting the park. As part of the event, military re-enactment groups will be in attendance portraying military equipment throughout the ages.

Our approach towards Armed forces day is to highlight the important contribution that our armed forces have made, not only in wartime but in peacetime as well, in addition we will have a number of historic military vehicles from our members collections.
