About

West Hyde is famous for its Christmas trees, but its Christmas shop also sells everything you need to decorate not only your tree but your whole house. With everything from wreaths to baubles, lights to inflatables, you’ll find exactly what you need to make you house the envy of the neighbourhood.

Trees are available in three different varieties, Norway Spruce for the traditional smell of Christmas, Nordman Fir known for its needle retention and Blue Spruce with striking blue/silver leaves. Container-grown potted trees are available from the opening day on 4 November and cut trees from 24 November.

There is also an area to relax with a cup of mulled wine or mulled apple juice, teas, coffees and cold drinks.

West Hyde is a small Christmas tree farm in the heart of the Dengie peninsula with four acres planted with up to 6,500 trees.
