Learn to cook authentic yummy Indian food with Heena at My Healthy Indian! Heena hosts food events and cooking workshops teaching healthy and easy Indian curries in the charming village of Latchingdon, Essex.

My Healthy Indian uses only whole and unprocessed natural ingredients, free from additives, prepacked products, ready-made pastes/mixes, and refined sugar. Heena also sources home-grown and local chemical-free produce, chicken eggs and meat from local farms.

My Healthy Indian shares generations old, tried and tested recipes with lots of flavour and health benefits. Heena shares food she grew up eating and learned from the cooks in her family. She also caters to vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

My Healthy Indian has a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency. Heena hosts her workshops and events in her farmhouse kitchen overlooking the rolling fields around Latchingdon.
