As spring breathes life back into the land, we'll explore the powerful symbolism of rebirth and renewal within ourselves.

The experienced individuals leading the sessions will be creating a calm and positive space for you to relax and unwind in throughout the day. Use the time to concentreate on your inner-self whilst socialising and meeting new people between sessions and over lunch.

Half Day Retreat Includes:

11:30 Breathe & Flow with sound
12:30 Vegan Lunch
13:30 Yoga Workshop
14:45 Rave Hour – Movement is Medicine
15:45 Closing with seasonal infusion
