About

The Maldon Little Ship Club is on the Hythe Quay facing the River Blackwater in a building that used to house the old smithy. It has a bar that serves local real ale and coffee and tea, a billiard room for members and their guests, and a room for hire, with views over the River. The Club offers a variety of summer sailing programmes and winter socials, RYA training courses and moorings. Both novice and experienced boat owners are welcome.

The club organizes the annual gig and rowing race, which takes place in December
