About

The medieval Grade II* Listed church features a Nave and Chancel from the 12th century and is situated within the 2,000-acre Braxted Park estate. It has an active congregation and is a popular choice for weddings.

The churchyard is home to the Commonwealth War Grave of Brigadier General Hubert John Du Cane, General Staff, who died in 1916 aged 56. He was a Companion of the Bath and Member of the Royal Victorian Order, son of Major Gen Sir Edmund F. Du Cane, KCB.

* There is a service held at All Saints church at 11.15am on the 1st, 3rd and Sundays of the month. Visitors welcome at other times by arrangement, churchyard open every day during daylight hours.
