About

This talk will explore the architecture of the oldest surviving inns in Maldon. Although now heavily disguised by later alterations, Tim Howson will bring to life these ancient buildings’ original appearance through colourful reconstruction drawings. Tim has been studying Maldon’s historic timber-framed buildings since he joined Maldon District Council as Conservation Officer in 2007.

Refreshments are available to purchase. Please note that there is a staircase to reach this venue.
