Learn all about the history of gin, taste some beautiful examples and enjoy making a bottle to take home with your selection of botanicals. The Gin School masterclass is a 4-5 hour interactive, hands-on experience and includes a tasty lunch.

A new One the Wall is a new craft gin distillery in Bradwell-on-Sea, creating fine gins with a selection of the best botanicals, including juniper berries from Italy and angelica root, lemon, orange and rose petals. On The Wall Distillery is home to the N653 gin with 13 botanicals, PPE pink gin with raspberry undertones and N654 with the zesty freshness of lime and a hint of pepper, all distilled on site. Gins are available for collection or delivery.

From £80 per person including making a 70cl bottle of gin, or £130 for a couple sharing a single bottle. Includes lunch.
