About

Maldon & District Cycling Club (MAD CC) was founded in 1953 as Crouch CC. It is based in Maldon, Essex and caters for cyclists of all abilities, ages and cycling interests.

Current membership stands at approximately 120 members, across a wide age range, including a number of family groups. The club is active in most branches of cycling, including road racing, time trails, cyclocross, track racing and Audax long-distance riding , as has a number of regular activities including club runs and led rides.

The group has a regular club ride most Sunday mornings, leaving at 9.30am from the old Police Station at the top of Maldon High Street. New members are always welcome.
