Get on the water with Essex Outdoors and experience a day out with a difference on board a high speed RIB powerboat on the River Blackwater Estuary. Whether you want to learn the ropes and try your hand at helming or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, the choice is yours. Build your day just how you want it and make memories to last a lifetime with family and friends.

Powerboat Experience Days, led by an experienced Instructor aboard the 6.8m Rigid Inflatable powerboat,are ideal for groups of up to seven people – at least one of whom must be an adult – including children from ages seven plus. Perfect for those wanting a adrenaline-fueled hands on taster day. Get involved as much as you like under the expert supervision of our instructors. An thrilling day out for all ages.

Trips from Bradwell go to Hythe Quay where you can disembark to enjoy lunch at a local pub or restaurant, order a prepared picnic through Essex Outdoors or bring your own. Crabbing lines and bait are provided and you may be able tostop at secret beaches in the afternoon, tides permitting. Lifejackets must be worn.

Bradwell Centre for Outdoor Learning is well-recognised as one of the leading providers of sailing courses in the south east.. It has also recently earned a Learning Outside The Classroom 'Quality Badge' in recognition of it's high-quality service.
